Observe, Copy and Modify it!

After devided into several groups to ask the senior anything relate to International Program, each of the group facilitated by one peer for knowing deeper about International Program activities and cetera.

The conversation was running nice and fun. We talked about the detail of IP Programmes such as Outbond Management Training, Student Exhchange, International Conference and competition.  Other interesting topics is relating to IP Student Assosication such as International Program Forum, IP Buddy, IP Chat and more. We discussed what and how to achieve it.

Rick ,is a dutch, was one of my team there. He looks very interesting in outbond topics. He asked frequently about it. “We will go to the mountain. Are  not us?”. Yah, we will go to a place for three days, survive there, observe, play and be happy. I can not wait  patiently.

The International Program, i think offers many kind of positive activities that are interesting  for me.  I interest in Outbond Management Training, Student Exchange Program, International Seminar, IPF and Promoting Team of IP, IP Buddy and IP Chat. Wow, it almost whole of the programmes. That’s cool.

By following such of programmes, i hope i can develop my basic skill to communicate with many people around the  world, to work together, to colaborate and to share each other. This is the collaboration age, not a competition age anymore.

Then, it was very useful to meet with the peers of IP, the seniors and lectures. Meet the people who have same vision and mission. Talk each other how to make the dreams come true. Make it happen!

Like Every kid need a mentor. I think every body need a mentor too. Because, if we want  to success earlier, the must thing we have is motivation and the another one is finding someone can help you to achieve it. Looking for our role models. Looking for the expert to help us.  I learn from them.

Meet the expert mean, we have guider to guide what we must do and what we do not do.  I apreciate of this meeting, thus we can see  a little bit opportunities we are facing of. I have to learn how they got their success, dream or ambitions, observe their ways, copy and modify it.

I like to say this, “See you on the top!”. That was empower me.
